Privacy policy

We store the minimum needed to run the marketplace and nothing beyond it. There is no advertising tracking on this site and we do not sell data.

If you buy a placement

We store your email address, so we can send your booking link and status updates.
We store the post you wrote and the booking record.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. They never reach our servers.
Your email address is never shown to creators or published anywhere.

We store your public Instagram profile: account id, handle, display name, bio, profile image and follower count. All of it is information anybody can see by visiting your profile.
We hold no Instagram login, password or access token, because we never ask you to connect your account. We read your public profile the same way any visitor does.
Your payout details live with Stripe, not with us. We store only your Stripe account id.
You can unlink your profile at any time from your dashboard when you have no active booking, and we delete the copy we hold.

We do not read your direct messages, followers or timeline.
We do not post anything you have not explicitly approved.
We do not share buyer emails with creators, or creator details with buyers beyond what is on their public listing.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and dispute rules require. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
