AdsPals

Refunds

Last updated September 2026

AdsPals charges one thing: a small fee to send your campaign brief to a creator. That is the only money we take, so it is the only money we can refund.

What the fee buys

Your brief, delivered to each creator you selected, with your details so they can reply to you directly. It does not buy a reply, a post, or an agreement. Creators are people with their own diaries and their own judgement, and some will not be interested. That is why most brands contact several at once.

When we refund it

  • We failed to deliver your brief to a creator you paid to reach.
  • You were charged more than once for the same brief.
  • We charged you for a creator who had already opted out of receiving briefs.

The last one should never happen: creators who have opted out are removed before you are charged, and you only pay for the ones we can actually reach. If it does happen, tell us and we will put it right.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show it.

When we do not

We do not refund the fee because a creator did not reply, said no, or was not what you hoped. The fee pays for the introduction, and the introduction happened.

Anything you agree with a creator

That is between the two of you. AdsPals takes no commission, holds no money, and is not a party to your agreement, so we cannot refund a payment we never received or enforce terms we were not part of. Agree the work, the price and how you will pay before anybody starts, exactly as you would with any freelancer.

If a creator behaves badly on AdsPals, tell us. We cannot get your money back, but we can remove them, and we would rather know.

Creators

Listing is free, so there is nothing to refund. If that changes, this page will say what happens before anybody is charged.
